Rooms were spacious.

I shortened my stay the day after I paid and 40 days later I am yet to receive a refund.

Only good thing about this hotel was the price but I guess you get what you pay for Good breakfast and dinner options

Not very helpful staff Front desk staff hardly spoke English. Was extremely difficult to navigate for tourists. Very smelly and mouldy rooms and bathrooms, felt like a room that hadn’t seen a visitor in 6 months, had a funny smell. Shabby looking and unclean towels. Low shower water pressure, I was on the 6th floor. Staff are not honest. A taxi man refunded me back 54,500 CFAS for front desk staff only returned 50,000 CFAs to me claiming that Wave charged a commission of 4,500 CFAs but that is a total lie as Wave only charges 1% commission. THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND KEPT LIEING TO ME AND LAUGHED AND TALKED ABOUT ME IN FRENCH KNOWING I DONT UNDERSTAND FRENCH Avoid hotel at all costs.

The staff were helpful when I proposed cleaning my room wasn't done thoroughly

My room was totaly unlcear, smelled of cigs and there was even trash in my bathroom bin

I liked the way the reception staff behaved towards the clients. They were respectful, kind, helpful in particular one I want to mention. Her name is Augustine. She always available and everywhere to assist any client. I am delighted to stay in that hotel for 6 nights.

The restaurant doesn't open in the evening for dinner.

The breakfast was very bad every day you get one eggand one bad croissant
