Wifi och luftkonditionering fungerade endast i vardagsrummet, inte i resten av lägenheten. Stora, högljudda fläktar fanns uppställda intill varje säng, men inte jätteskönt att sova med den i örat. Köket var omodernt och allt annat än välutrustat. Lägenheten var välstädad när vi kom, men svårt att få en riktigt fräsch känsla när allt är gammalt och slitet.

It was dirty when we arrived, a cleaner had to come to clean it and by dirty I mean glasses everywhere, a mess, they clearly hadn’t done any cleaning and this was an hour past when the check in starts. Then we were only given a set of a single key for three guests which wasn’t great but that wasn’t the worse- the property knew the lock had been broken by the previous guests and never told us. When we locked the door we were locked out for over an hour and were only able to get back in due to the worker in the ice cream place below coming up with tools. We complained to the management company and they have not refunded us for all the mishaps and we also complained with booking and are waiting for them to intervene. The apt is extremely hot and theres only ac in the living room. The rooms have fans that dont really do anything and one of them is broken. Avoid the headache and Don’t stay here.

The apartment was beautifully located and exceptionally clean and comfortable. Grace the host was so friendly and managed to get us a late check out. She was so helpful.

The location was amazing

We had to buy tea towels and a toaster, the carpets in the bathroom were not clean. We had to sleep with the windows closed because of the noise in the piazza which made the room very hot. The location was AMAZING we loved our stay there, the kitchen could have been better supplied. We booked months in advance and only found out there was a three day fiesta when we got there, we would love to have stayed the three days but had already arranged flights, had we have been advised earlier we could have stayed longer. Loved Rapallo the restaurants and supermarkets were easily accessible, all walking distance.

Excellent location, amazing views of the sea & castle from the balcony, large apartment, very clean & comfortable. The lift was handy for our cases. Communication was excellent from the lovely Grace meeting us with the keys & showing us the apartment, she was very helpful & friendly. We visited the beautiful Portafino & Santa Margarita by ferry from just near our apartment. Took the cable car to the monastery 2000ft in the Ligurian Alps, amazing views.
