San Bartolomeo Apartment

La casa è piccola ma molto accogliente, pulita con cura e comoda. L'appartamento è anche ben isolato dai rumori esterni ed il condizionatore in salotto riesce a raffreddare abbastanza bene tutto l'appartamento.

Sarebbe stato bello trovare delle bottiglie d'acqua già in frigo considerato il caldo di quei giorni, ma abbiamo risolto facilmente comprandole in un supermercato vicino. Se l'appartamento fosse dotato di una macchinetta del caffè con capsule/cialde sarebbe perfetto.

Pistoia and the apartment is great. It's quiet and relaxing. we've enjoyed it a lot, everything is close by, and the communication is superb. Would come back. 👍

Good location near historic piazza. Spacious. Ideal for 2 people. Easy check in and out process.

A clothes drying rack would be useful.

A very high standard, bright, modern apartment that is scrupulously clean. A great location on the edge of the old town with lovely views over Plaza San Bartolomeo. Bus 8, which goes to the railway station, stops nearby. Everything is within walking distance. Highly recommended.

A continental quilt on the bed would be good.

The apartment was very clean and roomy, and the kitchen was well equipped (we only used the refrigerator and never needed to use the air conditioner). Pasticceria Banci is directly across from San Bartolomeo Apts. and we enjoyed delicious coffee and pastries as well as friendly conversation with the proprietors and some of the regular customers every day. There are several options for food within less than a block although the walk is just minutes to the Piazza del Duomo and all of the restaurants and stores clustered nearby. The train and bus stations are an additional 5 to 10 minute walk from the piazza, depending on whether you stroll or walk briskly. I recommend San Bartolomeo for its comfort and neighborhood feel. The proprietors stayed in touch regularly by text and email just to check in on our comfort and to assure us that they were available if needed, which was very nice.

The church of San Bartolomeo is across from the apartment. The church bells start ringing every morning at 7am. This was fine for us, since we needed to get up every morning to have breakfast at Pasticceria Banci then head to the train station for day trips. When the shutters and windows of the apartment are completely closed, much of the sound is muffled. But just be aware that the bells across the street start at 7am!

The location is in the center of Pistoia. The apartment has a very pleasant ambiance and has a direct view of Piazza San Bartolomeo. It is equipped with all the necessary things you would need for your stay, more than a hotel room could offer. All corner of the apartment is neat and clean. Benedetta, the host is very responsive and helpful. Thank you for hosting us in our short stay.
