Un po’ di umidità

Nice location, every spot could be reached in 20 min on foot. The house had everything that we needed.

The house felt damp and smelled musty, even the laundry didn’t dry after three days in summer.

Ambiente molto curato, si sente il tocco femminile, doccia con seduta in muratura, logistica accogliente, , pavimenti lucidi e nuovi, cucina all' americana completa di tutto. Materasso e cuscini molto comodi

Odore di umido dal soffitto e pareti, mancanza della macchinetta del caffè a cialde o capsule ma semplice caffettiera all'italiana. Presenza di due piccoli insetti alati alle pareti . Manca la tendina sui vetri alti della porta di ingresso e ci vedono dentro dal palazzo di fronte

Very close to the station, super comfortable bed, clean, 20 mins walk to the cathedral and a short walk to Ortigia, hosts very quick and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again if in Siracusa. Would also suit longer stays because it has full kitchen facilities.

We liked the location strategically placed between the two key sites - Ortigia and Parco archeologico). Proximity of paid parking (max. 20 EUR for 24 hours is not bad though) was also a benefit. The equipment is new and functional.

The place felt damp. The tap water tasted really bad (even if I am sure it was ok to drink from health perspective). we would need bigger water bottles to cover our needs for drinking water.

Communication with the host was quick and the location is in walking distance to Ortiga and to the archeological area.
