Bedrooms had own bathrooms.

My friend arrived the day before me and property was unavailable for check-in because management messed up the days. He had to book a separate place to stay that 1st night and when presented the next day Darwin offered him a bigger place to make up for it but at an additional $30 more a night (and have yet to the first night). I thought it was too much and we should find another place but he was understandably tired wanted to get settled and I wasn’t arriving until late so he paid. Then in the evening when he went to take a shower, NO water. Darwin got the water turned on late around 9 PM, but only to find out there was no hot water. We had to contact him again and the next evening we had hot water in the bathrooms upstairs, but never in the kitchen throughout stay. Dishes were washed in cold water thru out week. Also there were no hand towels or dish towels or face towels. We had to ask for these as well. We got back we were given, one hand towel, one face towel, and two dish towels, We asked repeatedly for another set of keys and were repeatedly ignored and then told if we wanted them, we would be charged because it was the weekend and the stores were not open. I pointed out it was a large place for multiple individuals and I’m sure they did not have to make keys for us two, that they already probably had multiple sets. I also asked about refund for inconvenience of no water for a day and no hot water for another day. No response. Keys arrived the next day. The downstairs bathroom doesn’t flush and has to be manually filled with water. Kitchen is poorly equipped. For example, did not have a wine or a beer opener. There’s no way you could cook a meal utilizing the items given for the people that it’s supposed to accommodate and there was only 2 of us. The place is very noisy because it’s a concrete box that echoes. You can hear everything that is happening in the house no matter if you’re upstairs or downstairs.
