Old directions for checkin were confusing

The location was excellent, close to Olbia town, and the room was exactly as shown in the photos.

We would prefer the room to be cleaner than it is, and it would be nice if the kitchen and bathroom were better stocked. We had to buy items like kitchen towels, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Adding these little touches would make guests feel more welcome and at home.

Big enough for one person

The host is only interested in the money, he is not concerned about the client. When we arrived at the apartment they hadn't even left a few bottles of water in the refrigerator, not a courtesy after having paid so much money. The host accepted my request to check in between 11:00 and 12:00 fifteen days before. The day before the check-in he told me that it was not possible, that I had to do the check-in at 3:00 p.m. I called booking and they told me they would solve the problem, which they didn't do. In the end, after insisting a lot, I managed to check in at 1:50 p.m. The wifi wasn't working, I told the host and he didn't even bother to help me. The television didn't work either. The apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator. The building is old and the staircase of the building smells very bad.

Excellent location in the centre of town, close to many bars and restaurants. The property was spotlessly clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Despite the central location, it is set back away from any noise.

Nothing

The staff here are incredible!! I’m sorry I didn’t get any names. There was an issue with the original place we booked in Olbia town (the door lock broke and it was impossible to get into the apartment) They sent 3 people over to try and fix it and offered us a free aperitif and drink at a local restaurant while we waited. When it appeared we couldn’t get in that night they offered us a choice of any other accommodation they had available (at a free upgrade!) and an even better location than our original booking. We chose a place in San Teodoro since it was closer to all the beaches we wanted to visit and one woman drove us the 30 minutes there at 11pm to make sure we were able to get in. They even texted us the next day with recommendations for the best beaches, restaurants and a laundromat in the area! 😊 Apartment was quiet, clean, had plenty of hot water and the owner who lived next door was friendly and also gave recommendations (he only spoke Italian but we managed to communicate:) We were even reimbursed for the first night for the inconvenience. All in all what could have been a disaster was a true blessing! Thank you!!

One small thing- it would have been nice to have a coffee machine, but we found a great breakfast place just 4 min walk away

It was good, but it would have been nice to have a day or two of coffee, some water to drink, and some ideas of places to see & eat at. A guest book is always a nice touch, it is nice to read what people liked & didn’t like.

The apartment is very cosy and large, furniture is in great condition, everything needed is on place. The location is convenient, placed in the center. My friends who rented other locations can prove that my location was the best one for its price.
