Struttura di nuova costruzione, pulitissima e con tutti i comfort. Ampio ingresso all’aperto con doccia e cucina all’esterno. Osvaldo il proprietario una persona squisita, gentile e molto disponibile per qualsiasi problema. L’appartamento è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Monopoli. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile all’esterno della struttura sulle strisce bianche.

Great place — a well-deserved 10/10! The apartment is new, very clean, and located on the south-eastern side, which makes it bright and pleasant. It is equipped with all the necessary accessories, so we had everything we needed. A big advantage is also the fantastic terrace with a comfortable lounge set, perfect for relaxing. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, with shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. Communication with Osvaldo was perfect. He replied very quickly to all messages and reacted immediately to any needs or missing items. We definitely recommend this place!

Appartamento super pulito e dotato di tutto. Non mancava niente,dalla TV, lavatrice, lavastoviglie,posate, caffè, microonde ecc. Parcheggio proprio di fronte,due supermercati passando la strada molto comodi,il centro e il mare a qualche minuto a piedi. Proprietari o gentilissimo e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente Top💯

Schicke Wohnung in perfekter Lage, zum Strand, zum Ortskern, Supermärkte direkt in der Nähe. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, die Sommerküche auf der großen schattigen Terrasse ein Gewinn! Angela und Osvaldo sind sehr zuvorkommend! Da sich ein Aufenthalt in Monopoli sehr lohnt, kommen wir wieder!

Da eine große komfortable Spülmaschine vorhanden ist, wäre etwas mehr Geschirr praktisch.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’accueil de l’hôte a été vraiment chaleureux et agréable, et nous le remercions sincèrement pour le temps qu’il nous a consacré pour tout nous expliquer et nous faire découvrir les activités et lieux à visiter dans la région. L’appartement était impeccable, très propre et parfaitement équipé — rien ne manquait. La résidence est magnifique et la terrasse particulièrement appréciable pour se détendre avec notre enfant. L’emplacement est idéal : proche de la mer, du centre-ville, et avec des commerces à proximité pour faire ses courses facilement. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Merci encore !

Prostorný apartmam, blizko moře a v pěší dostupnosti centrum města Monopoli, parkovani v klidu u doma, vedle domu hodne obchodu, restauraci. Majitel velice impaticky, vsechno vysvetlil, poradil. Citili jsme jako doma. Nic nam nechybelo, uplne zarizeny byt na jednicku. V lete bude idealni volba, pokud apartman ma venkovní terasu se sprchou a vecerni posezeni urcite doda romanticky nadech.

Osvaldo nous a chaleureusement accueilli, il nous a donné toutes les explications nécessaires au bon déroulé de notre séjour et est resté disponible si besoin. Le logement est bien situé, il faut compter 15 min de marche pour rejoindre le centre historique (trajet agréable qui longe la mer). L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé.

Das Appartement hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Der Besitzer ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit – der beste Gastgeber, den wir bisher hatten. Er hat uns alles ganz detailliert erklärt und tolle Tipps gegeben, wohin wir gehen können. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem sehr praktisch: Das Zentrum ist in etwa 12 Minuten erreichbar und der Strand nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!
