USStaff helped with everything. View from the balcony was coconut trees and lush vegetation. Overhead, eagles circled.
Showernworked but water had had little force. I think this is common to all hotels in Kovalam.

AUThe room was very spacious! Nothing fancy, but a good clean bed, good A/C, good wifi and great location - 5 minute walk to the beach!
It’s a little bit hard to find because the property is now called Ocean Bay - so you have to search Ocean Bay Kovalam in google maps. (I wasn’t told this before I came, I only found this out after).
INActually the room and fecility is not worth for the money which i paid. Has scratch marks over the toilet seats and AC is not working. Staffs are good and well behaves. They should mention that there is no parking space and no way to reach the hotel by car or scooter.
Toilet is not clean and broken loacks. Ac was not working. No parkimg space.
