Legend Hotel Kigali

Legend Hotel was great. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. I've stayed at numerous hotels in Rwanda and this was my favorite since it was reasonably priced and had all the amenities I needed. Also our room was so large, it truly felt like a little home for us. Will stay again.

The front desk Linda was very welcoming and . The breakfast was good the room was very clean . Overall I had a good experience. True value for money

Absolutely no doubt that first issue for the guest is the reception warm welcoming and how they made checking in is so smooth and easy in addition to there willingness of help and listen the guests and care about make them satisfied and happy of being in Legend hotel Kigali

The room was a good size, comfortable bed. There is a nice garden area.

The 1st night the WiFi was so slow that it barely worked and the whole of the next afternoon and evening there was no WiFi at all. I kept being told it was being fixed, it wasn't until 10.45am the following morning. My booking stated that I had a credit of $17 on food and drink. This was untrue. When I went to pay I was told there was no credit, I felt cheated. Food service was slow and the food wasn't very good. There were lots of small issues, the remote for the air con did not work, there was only 1 channel working on the tv. I had a kettle, tea bags and sugar but no cup to drink it out of. I had a laundry basket but no shhet to mark my items. I asked and was told one would be brought, it never arrived. I stayed at 4 hotels in Kigali and this was the worst..
