Upper Premium Apartments

Loved the aesthetic of the apartment. It was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. There were loads of food shops, bars, and restaurants nearby, and the beach was about a 30-minute walk away, which was really nice.

The biggest downside was the customer service. The host never checked in to see how our stay was going or asked if we needed anything. They also didn’t give us any recommendations or helpful information about the area. There was a bag of towels left in the hallway outside the apartments, but no one told us it was for us, so we assumed it belonged to someone else and left it there for the whole trip. When I asked how to use the AC, the host came across as quite rude rather than helpful. I eventually figured it out myself, but the AC never actually blew cold air. Overall, the communication was poor, and the hosts weren’t particularly welcoming or friendly.

O apartamento é bem aconchegante e novo, mas o prédio é antigo e pode transmitir uma impressão esquisita no começo, mas vale a pena se hospedar nesse local por ser um apartamento bem localizado e ter tudo por perto.
