Perfect location and Alex was a superb host

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Taormina . We were welcomed by Alex the host and nothing was too much trouble . The apartment has everything you need for your stay and the terrace with the hot tub is wonderful . There was even a beach bag provided with towels if you wanted to visit the beach . Thanks for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back for a longer stay in the future .

We had a perfect stay and felt so at home. The apartment is situated just off the main tourist streets and near to attractions however, it was quiet. Our host was super professional and friendly, Alex helped with us many of our questions before we even arrived such as restaurants and beach club suggestions - essential to book these ahead during busier periods. I would highly recommend Donna Franca and would not hesitate to return.

The apartment was ideally located in central Taormina—just a short 3-minute walk to the main streets. The jacuzzi on the terrace was a dream and worked perfectly. Alex was always quick to respond to any questions, offering excellent support not only for the apartment but also with helpful, concierge-style assistance. We had a truly wonderful stay, thanks to the perfect location and an exceptionally professional and kind host. Many thanks!

The only minor issue was that the mosquito net was out of order. According to Alex, the previous family who stayed had a child who damaged it, so it couldn’t be fully closed. Replacement parts had a delivery time of about two weeks. Although mosquito season hadn’t officially started yet, it would have been more comfortable if the net had been working. That said, Alex provided us with alternative mosquito protection, which was very thoughtful.

I had a great stay at this accommodation! The location is excellent – close to everything and very convenient for getting around. The place was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made it feel really comfortable. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay here again!

The apartment was in the best location. Just a short walk to Corso Umberto & all the sights. It was super handy having the Coop supermarket next door. Alex also arranged valet parking which was very convenient.

Driving there was a little tricky but once we worked out we had to turn right through the arch we were fine.

Everything was perfect, from localisation to the owner’s kindness and adaptability. Thanks a lot !

Everything. The location was perfect, the property was clean and the host was lovely. The valet parking was the icing on the cake!
