The worst travel experience of my life. Nothing like what I expected. Could not have been more disappointed when I arrived to see what this actually was in real life

Bathroom was tiny, bedroom was damp in the corner, bed was very uncomfortable. Nothing in the way of beverages, not even one bottle of water. Outdoor sun loungers were covered in black mould. Dated and in need of refurbishment. Does not represent value for money at all.

Incredible location, well appointed with cooking utensils, nice private patio, charming quirky decor.

Please purchase some new towels for the guests, the ones provided were a bit too old.

Amazing place in Tuscany. The whole house is at your service with a great garden where there are sun beds, benches and a table. Everything to relax. The Coop shop, as well as the bus stop, is only a 5 min walk away. Mr. Pierluigi greeted us warmly during the check-in (we highly recommend taking his phone number and don't use the one from booking). Wifi works very well (password is written on the router). The place is very clean and even looks much better in reality than in the photos. Every small detail in the decor is wonderful and put there with style and love.

It was not stated beforehand in the offer that the use of pellet heater and the fireplace is 10 euros per day. You must pay it anyway (in cash) since once you arrive, it's already working. 2 times there was no electricity in the house for a couple of hours. We couldn't fix it on our own (the general fuse might be completely somewhere else). 1st time Mr. Pierluigi kindly came there and helped us. The 2nd time we didn't wait and just went to sleep. Maybe, for some travellers it might be also not convenient to give the keys back at a precise time: sometimes one doesn't know the exact time of check out. It can be that we just had some language barrier :)

This place for heating they use a pellet stove and could be smelly and uncomfortable

It was in a good location for us. Very quiet . It seems to be a father/son business. The father was a lovely man and wanted us to have a great stay and was very helpful. No doubt of that. Thank you.

The wifi wasn't working, and despite reporting and a visit, it wasn't available for our stay. The washing machine is not usable as it needs a power adaptor if it works. The son said he would bring one but never did. There was also no kettle, which the son said he would drop off but never did. As it was built into the side of a hill, it retained its heat, and with the weather being so hot, there was a lack of air flowing even when the windows were open. A fan or two would be of great help. I am sure in the winter it's perfect. We passed this on as a suggestion when we left. The cupboard with the freezer in also collapsed but was safe.
