It had a private bathroom and the checkout was simple

I didn’t receive any details for the self checkin as the owner told me. The given phone number wasn’t available. The restaurant owner barely spoke English but just unlocked one of the keyboard to give me a random key. At 6am in the morning someone unlocked my room door and just came in. The owner didn’t reply during the whole stay. The aircondition did not work.

THIS IS THE THE WORST PLACE YOU COULD IMAGINE. THE PROPERTY DOES NOT TAKE PHONE CALLS, THE KEY WAS NOT IN THE LOCKER, THE HALL WAS DIRTY, SMELLY, OLD FASHIONED.I I LEFT . THEY DO NOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I CALLED BOOKONG.COM THREE TIMES, UNTIL I WAS OFFERRED 20% DISCOUNT. THE PROPERTY DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS, I DO NOT UNDERSTAND BOOKING WHO IS STILL WORKING WITH THEM AS THEY HAVE OTHER COMPLAINTS AS WELL.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR NEIGHBOURHOOD, DIRTY, SMELLY PLACE, IT IS A THE HOUSE OF HORRORS.

Room was clean, bed was ok, air conditioning was really useful as the weather was very hot. Price/value was very good in my opinion, but the expectations need to be set to the price you pay. In the building there is a Beef Hotpot restaurant that seemed very authentic, but due to time constraints I didn't try it.

Location is far from the center, but there is a bus stop nearby, so it was not that bad. Staff speaking little English, but we managed to understand each other. Shower a bit gross.

I got what I paid for I guess.

Cleanliness is my pet peeve, a disgusting bathroom is unacceptable. Bathrooms were not as advertised, There were cobwebs everywhere especially under the bed an behind the mirror.

We paid for a room with kitchen appliances and a flatscreen tv. We had a tiny room with no living area, no tv and defenitely no kitchen appliances.
