Nuestra Casa

Soy fiel cliente de Nuestra casa y todo nos encanta pero en esta oportunidad nos encontramos con que no habia agua caliente. En la noche el guarda no pudo darnos una respuesta al inconveniente y en la mañana nos informaron que estaba dañado el sistema. Mucho agradecemos si lograr solucionar este inconveniente.

De ligging is perfect! Heel centraal en dus snel bij alles waar je heen wil. De kamers waren schoon en je mocht een ontbijt kiezen van de kaart.

Er is een klein zwembad aanwezig, alleen geen ruimte om erbij te zitten. In de algemene ruimte staat weinig. Daarnaast spreken de eigenaren weinig tot geen Engels.

However, we’ve noticed that when we leave the house, someone enters our room. It’s definitely not room service, as the bed isn’t made and towels are not changed (which we wouldn’t expect anyway). But some things are always moved or slightly different when we come back. Unfortunately, money and two souvenir bracelets have even gone missing, which is of course quite unsettling. It just gives us a really uncomfortable feeling, and it’s not something you want to experience while on holiday. Also, the ladies preparing breakfast in the morning seem quite bored when asked for anything, even though breakfast is supposed to be included. This atmosphere also makes it hard to feel welcome. So while the house itself is fine, we don’t really feel at ease here – and we will mention this in our final review, as it’s something that has affected our overall We mentioned this already while we were there, but neither the accommodation nor booking answered or helped with that

Comfortable bed, big shower and very close to downtown and the beach. It was also really quiet at night and in a safe street.

The air conditioning wasn't working properly in the room, but it was almost 40 degrees outside which is understandable.

The room we had was pretty large, and the ac unit had a hard time cooling it off. On top of it, the front panel was vibrating like crazy and the night guy put the pillow above it to stop it. The room was very basic. There was only one light for a whole room. With the sink in the room, there should be another one there. Very small bathroom. Very good breakfast with multiple choices.
