Brak parkingu, chociaż jest opisane że parking prywatny. Parking jest na ulicy. Bardzo słabe wygłuszenie, niestety nic przed wyjazdem sąsiad z góry urządził sobie imprezkę. Noc nie przespaną. Ściany z kartonu
