"Kollam Gem"

Manager Sam incredibly helpful and informative.Helped me buy a train ticket. Showed me an app called confirmed ticket and helped me correct my IRSTC id It's SUPER CLEAN and almost new hotel. Access to roof.

Rooms are v small but adequate for solo traveller and budgeting couples .

Has all the basic essentials, great for a quick stop.

Rooms are small and the plugs are in an awkward spot should you want a kettle etc.
