Spacious and fairly tranquil with a view of the sea. Mattia was very responsive and helpful and made stay pleasant.

Distance from capri centre. 50 euros to get to Bnb from the port. There are available buses (about 8mins walk) but during peak, was hard to find seats for group of us(8 pax). Ash tray at roof top was not cleared and seats do look a little dusty and dirty. There was also a smell from the lower ground floor- we decided not to explore/ use the two rooms there.

Amazing place in Capri. Mattia was on hand to help with everything and nothing was too tricky. It was such a great space for us as it meant we all had our own rooms. The terrace is beautiful. We just had too many mossies to fight with, so abandoned breakfast in the morning up there but nevertheless an incredible stay and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Had an annoying local cat keep us up all night lol! Just be aware!

"Need renovation"

Very kind hosts! Nice cleaning lady! Huge house and garden. There is a phone… easy to call a taxi. Welcome drink 🥂

No nice windows. Only one room with a beautiful window view (but no net, so during the night you have to keep it closed ). The other room with window net, no view… my friend is sensitive (asthma) and she didn’t like the moldy smell. The third room has windows on the ceiling (remote control opening). There are downstairs some rooms, no windows! In the morning we didn’t have electricity and water.

"Perfect spot & best host!"

Perfect location away from busy tourist areas. Big and spacious for a big group. The terrace makes for a beautiful spot to relax and take in the ocean views. Mattia was the absolute best host - helped us arrange taxis, private boat tour and recommended a 10/10 restaurant that we will remember forever!

Everything about the property was just wonderful. It had an amazing view from the terrace.

Everything was just perfect. There was nothing which we did not like.
