Chill vibes, friendly staff. Nice view of the rice fields on one end. Morning coffee included in the breakfast is also really good. Great value for money. Very small sign so take note that the entrance is the small road after Circle K.

Unfortunately, I recommend coming back to the resort after the construction next door is complete. There is construction going on which means it is noisy in the day. Refer to the video from construction site video. They will also burn items as part of their construction work so you can’t really enjoy the patio. The smoke from the burning even comes into the room. The construction workers also live on site and at night at 10:45pm are still blasting music from their speakers. This means you cannot sleep even though you are in the air conditioned room. Somehow the room lets in the sound and the smoke. It’s a pity though because the staff are friendly, and this property is great value for money.

The place is right on the main road, right next to a 24/7 Circle K and so many restaurants, spas, laundry, money changers, etc. However the best part was this place is like 6-7 min scooter ride from the busy areas of Ubud. Because of which they are quiet and amazing! The breakfast is great, the staff are helpful, the place is super clean and have everything you need - umbrellas, mosquito coils, slippers, an open air bathroom that has nets so it keep the insects out. They also have a nice pool. The tv is equipped with Netflix. The room has ample storage space too. Overall it’s a wonderful place to stay in Ubud!

There is a construction next door which can be noisy through the day and sometimes into the night. But if you are out it won’t matter. The restaurant plays really good music in the evenings that could be loud for some people - I didn’t mind it one bit. There are not enough plug points that are empty. All of them are being used by either the lamps or the TV. The bed was comfy, however, the cot was very noisy - every time I moved it creaked!

We had a wonderful stay at Kanma Resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their hospitality was truly outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with a real attention to detail that made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing. It’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here, and it really shows.

일정 때문에 하루밖에는 조식을 먹지 못했지만, 한끼가 만족스러웠음. 웬만한 근처 식당보다 낫다는 느낌. 직원 수는 적지만 다들 친절했고 요구사항을 즉각적으로 해결해주려 노력함. 이전 숙소들보다 청결하다는 인상을 받음. 목재로 된 조화로운 인테리어가 좋았고, 화장실도 깔끔하고 넓어 편안함. 침구도 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있음. 가격 대비 방도 넓은 편이라 쾌적함. 의외로 숙소 주변에 맛집이나, 마사지 등 유명 스팟이 있음. 가성비 숙소로 추천함.

대부분 좋았으나, 아쉬웠던 점을 꼽자면 두가지. 첫번째는 위치 / 한적한 곳을 찾으려고 한다면 좋겠지만 그럼에도 중심가와 거리가 있고, 걸어서 가기엔 좀 부담스러움. 중심가 부터 숙소까지 길이 좁아(우붓은 다 그렇겠지만) 비가 쏟아질 시에는 도보 이동이 오히려 빠른 경우가 많은데, 이럴 경우 40분 정도, 그 이상은 걸어야 하는 거리는 멀게 느껴짐. 두번째는 외부소음 / 이 부분은 큰 단점이라고 보긴 어렵지만 고려할 부분. 우붓 현지 사람들이 새벽부터 활동하다보니 숙소 근처 차도에 차량 소음이 이른 시각부터 들리는데 잠 귀가 예민한 사람은 종종 잠에서 깨는 경우가 생김(나는 잘 잤지만, 아내는 여러번 깼음)
