The owner wasn't pretty nice and welcoming as she complained every time were there even when the guests didn't have a problem!

Place needs serious revamp, no acconditioners in the dangerous hot weather we where expose to. Place smells terrible, especially for the abnormal pricing they gave us.
ZAFriendly staff from the entrance to the reception. There was hot water.
The shower was not clean, it had build up on the edges, there was mould on the shower ceiling, and only the hot water tap worked on the basin. The was also no microwave in the room, we were informed when we were leaving that we were supposed to ask for a microwave from the unit next to ours.
