Amazing location — within walking distance to City Centre Como with lots of amenities and restaurants nearby. The place itself is huge and very spacious. Communication with the owner is also satisfactory. The price is a bit a lot but considering you’re in Como, no place here is cheap.

Lovely place! It was like being a local!! The apartment was big and inviting. It was close to the bus, train station snd town square. The Pizzium restaurant was the best. But we also enjoyed “The Old Wild West”. Both are within two blocks. There’s a market 3blocks away, but bring or buy bags.

We needed to know about the stairs because we have a waller. Lights need to be in the master bathroom. The floors were extremely dirty so much that our feet were filthy dirty. We needed to know about bringing an electric socket adapter for Italy because we are from the US. Check to make sure all the lights are working. Some people may be concerned about the traffic noise during the day and evening, but we enjoyed the sounds of the city. It didn’t seem to keep us awake.

The host responded quickly. The beds were comfortable. Toilets were renovated.

The location of the building is next to a water treatment plant (aquaComo). So there is a continuous fishy smell from that. Luckily for us, the wind started blowing in another direction from the next day, so it became less smelly. The apartment is on the main motorway, and in front, there is a traffic signal. People at night drive away from this traffic signal their motorbike with huge speed. So you can not leave the windows open at night for ventilation. Need A.C. in summer in this apartment. The apartment needs a huge renovation. The kitchen is very narrow. there were very few charging ports, and the ones provided were in an awkward location. The Kitchen Appliances are very old. So the cost to facilities (condition of apartment) was a great mismatch. Booked this apartment in Como for one extra day, as we wanted to relax a day in the apartment and cook some food together but left one day prior because of these problems.

Central to the city, 5minute walk from the station, 10 minutes from the lake, washing machine, two bathrooms

No air conditioning, too loud to open windows, very dated, poor wifi, smelled of smoke, inadequate number of usable plug sockets, in dire need of modernisation

Apartment is very specious for our company we had enough space. Also I’d like to mention the mattress, they are super comfortable!

There is no AC and the building is exactly on the road so if you want to open the windows you won’t be able to sleep because of the cars. Also it would be nice to leave a bit more water for guests, as we were more than two and from long trip this is the first thing you need. And some amenities at the bathroom like shower gel at least also would be very helpful, same like salt and pepper at the kitchen which cost nothing can make big difference.

We liked the location and area. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary things.

The switch board plug was old we always needed to use the adapter for every electric appliance. Small issue anyway.

Good location. Close to the station, supermarket, local restaurants, very private, and near enough to the attractions. The host was attentive.

Kitchen can be better equipped, for example, have a microwave oven, a board for cutting, sugar, tea or coffee, and a fee more plates and bowls to make the place more homely.
