The only thing I can think of is the closeness to the train track. And maybe the expensive beach club deal (that we didn’t use, public beach worked fine for us)
NZComfortable and spacious apartment with good wifi, comfortable king sized bed. And the easiest smart key technology that allowed us to gain entry to grounds and apartment with same code. Beautifully maintained property with luxurious pool. Plus the staff were incredibly helpful and provided us with great tips as regards dining and local delicacies.

NLIt’s a beautiful building, most amazing materials used, wonderfully furnished apartment with small balcony and a tiny view (through buildings opposite the road) to see the sea but overlooking the beautiful kept gardens. Garden furniture of the highest quality. Pool area is great. Housekeeping is very, very friendly and attentive. When we arrived we were shown the property and the fridge had water, juice and yoghurts in it. Coffee pads and little snacks were left for us to use. Plenty of parking in the grounds. Loved the keyless door system. We had an amazing, relaxing time and would definitely come back.
There’s nothing we didn’t like just a few remarks and tips. - It mentions that the property is sea front which it isn’t, it’s behind the railway line (normal for Italian coastline properties) and when you leave the grounds you go through a little tunnel to walk to the main road and within minutes you are at the seafront. It was no problem for us. - The kitchen is equipped with very basic utensils not enough in my opinion to cook and I missed a few things such as a pair of scissors. - I missed an informative booklet with details such as where to find and opening times of supermarkets, bakkers, restaurants. For example all restaurants open around 19.30 hrs but some were closed on Monday, some Tuesday and Wednesday which made it difficult to plan ahead. A lot wanted reservations.
AUIt was first class ! Apartment was large, CLEAN, and had everything you could need . They even stocked the fridge with apples, juice, milk, yogurt, eggs and bacon . Everything was thought of . Excellent coffee machine !!! The place was beautifully warm when we arrived late at night . Staff are super friendly ( must work on my Italian ) . I would HIGHLY recommend a stay here . Housekeeping was AMZING , felt like faires had graced the apartment when we returned. Parking is on the grounds, nice and secure . Within walking distance to beach , food and shopping . It really ticked all the boxes for us . A wonderful team at Alaxia , THANK YOU .
