Encanto Townhouse Sliema

La stanza piccolina ma, con il letto a soppalco, molto carina. Tutto pulito, balconcino delizioso. Se posso dire uno specchio anche nella stanza sarebbe stato gradito. Posizione eccezionale.

Posizione ottima, camera accogliente e personale gentilissimo

location was fine. people who run it very pleasant. I think your booking form was very unclear. i have never had to book for a specific room before. the photo of the room we thought we booked was NOT the room we had. we had a tiny room. There was no cupboard. barely a surface to put anything on. The shower was so tiny you had to be careful not to hit the control or you could get scalded or frozen. I have never been in such a small room. We thought there would be a balcony as some of the photos show an outdoor space. We had an enclosed balcony that 1 person could sit in. too small for 2 chairs.

sorry I put my comment in wrong box. I tried to get through to a person at booking .com and it was impossible to get anyone other that an AI bot. I have never been so dissatified with a room a rented from booking,com. I feel completely misled and want to speak to a real person

Staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. The townhouse was very quiet.

The Mattress was not very comfortable. the fridge and coffee machine was in the balcony. I Highly suggest a self check in option. a password to open the front door and another to open the box for your key card or an electronic mailbox outside with a password to get your key card, because it is not always convenient for the client to arrive on time before the stipulated time and there were fees of 20 Euros and 50Euros if you exceed that time for check in

Petit déjeuner correct. Emplacement bien.

douche qui fuyait- literie moyenne - beurre servi sans recipient fermé hermétiquement - Pour le prix il pourrait y avoir plus de prestations ( linges de qualité - draps de qualité - ) Nous nous attendions a mieux.

Colazione molto buona e varia , hotel in posizione privilegiata, camera deliziosa , e staff davvero gentile
