Satama Hotel

We didn’t not have the chance to do that.

They sold our room to someone else. Without doing nothing they sent me an email telling me that as per my request my room has been canceled. I previously received a confirmation that the room was booked. And I was with my family traveling from Dominican Republic to Haiti, when we to the hotel got knowing that our room was booked, we have been told that there is no information about our reservation in the hotel database. So we had to spend much more money to find another room in another hotel for the night.

I love the property, I can’t complain

I’ve been to Satama many times and I really love it. The hotel itself is very beautiful. The rooms, the bar, the pool, breakfast is always delicious shutout to the chefs.

I was there Nov 15-17 unfortunately, paid for my reservation, I got there they told me my reservation wasn’t confirmed because I paid late🙄 how late is too late?? Idfk. Long story short, on top of that they said they couldn’t give me back my money and told me there was no room available🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️.. I had a whole panic attack right then and there, crying and everything before they decided to give me the 2 rooms that I reserved. I don’t wish this on nobody. Hopefully this was the last bad experience I have with Satama.
