Tanaw Villas

The villa was excellent, spacious, nice decor but adjusted to the environment, large rooms all of the same size with private bathrooms. The service was also great, very helpful beyond their direct responsibilities, e.g. provided recommendations, helped get motorcycles to move around the island, schedule the airport transit, allowed us to shower beyond the check out time... All in all a great experience, highly recommended!

Only small challenge out of their control is that there is a construction right next to the villa, however, the noise was totaly manageable

The staff at the reception were super nice and attentive. They escorted us to our pool villa and explained everything. They took care of our motorcycle rental and had it delivered to the hotel. We did not need to go and search for a rental in town which was very convenient. The pool villa is absolutely beautiful and spacious.

The staff were lovely and very responsive. The bed was comfortable and the pool was lovely! I liked how we could slide the doors across to have full access to the outside part. Very modern and clean!

A bit far from the main area although reception can call tuk tuks for you. There was construction work outside so it was noisy but I know that can’t be helped. The shower was cold, although the staff called someone to fix the heater on the last day. We also had a leak when it rained on the first night but again that was sorted the next day. We would have enjoyed an extra chair outside as the pool only had one so we couldn’t both sit out! We also rented a bike from the villa and when we received it it had no petrol which was inconvenient as we had to search for a pump in the area before we could go anywhere!

L’établissement est parfaitement placé et très propre. La décoration est faite avec goût

Le professionnalisme du personnel. Ils sont exceptionnels. La villa est très belle, les équipements sont vraiment haut de gamme.

Les photos de la vue depuis la villa sont fausses, des bâtiments en construction juste devant et énormément de bruits toute la journée. Des agents d’entretien qui coupe les palmiers du jardin sans en être averti = pas d’intimité, des débris partout dans la piscine. On les entendait marcher sur le toit de la villa à 9:00 am un dimanche. Très moyen pour un établissement de ce prix.

La camera é bellissima, talmente bella che puoi goderti anche i giorni di pioggia.

Che nelle foto c’è la camera al prima piano e non le foto di entrambe le stanze(almeno quelle che ho visto io) quindi magari arrivi e ti aspetti la camera in foto ma é per gruppi di persone sopra le 2 persone.
