This apartment is in an excellent location, readily accessible by taxi as it is on a city street not an alley (note: another property we previously booked was a long way up small alleyways that weren't accessible by taxi and hauling luggage over the cobblestone alleys was misery). Daniele, our host, was readily available and helpful. The apartment is huge compared to other apartments we rented/considered in Palermo. It has lots of space to spread out with a dining area, kitchen, two large bedrooms, one large shower/toilet area and another separate and smaller shower/toilet area. There is also a small alcove with sofa for reading/relaxing and a decent size balcony area. Plus, it has a washing machine. It isn't luxury, but the luxury place we had previously rented had crap aircon and very little space in comparison and cost half again as much. This apartment is in a good location and very good value, with friendly and helpful management. I travel internationally at least twice a year and have rented hundreds of apartments. I consider this one to be great value.

I gave some suggestions to Daniele on some minor maintenance items. I do this for every proprietor to be helpful, not critical.

The host, Daniele, was helpful, kind and responsive. The apartment was super clean and really spacious. It had everything we needed. The location was excellent - very close to the train and bus station as well as the excellent Ballaro market and historical sights. Easy to walk everywhere.

The host was very welcoming and met us at the property on the day. He provided us with detailed explanation of the place, and also restaurant recommendations which were very useful for our stay. The flat was very clean, spacious and broadly well equipped for a short stay. Air conditioning was super helpful at this time of the year and the terrace was practical to dry clothes and enjoy the outdoors for a bit. Location is brilliant, a few minutes from Palermo Centrale which is really useful to catch the busy trains to the airport.

The next door flat is also a rental and it turned out that at the same time as us, the guests from the other flat were noisy into the night. Shame. The walls are quite thin and we could hear them very well on one side of the flat. One the other side, it was the street which was quite loud with engine noises, horns, loud shouting, etc. Noise insulation was poor across the flat. Toilet paper was a bit on the low side, there should have been more available. The kitchen was equipped with basic items which are fine for a short stay, although a drying rack for the dishes would have been helpful.

We have enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Convenient location ( about 15 min) to the center, clean apartment with all amenities and very nice host. Daniele made sure to wait for us when we arrived later at night and explained everything about the apartment. He is super helpful! The beds were comfortable, and kitchen well equipped. Sometimes we had experienced either too hot water or too cold while showering depending if someone was showering in the second bathroom. But otherwise all was good and we recommend this apartment.

Mille apartment was excellent. We were met on arrival by an extremely helpful host. The accommodation was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Also had a beautiful outside area to sit in. Palermo was just beautiful. Would highly recommend.

It was clean, comfortable and very good location. The problem is heating with air conditions. It cannot reach the temperature on the floor that you feel comfortable.

The host Daniel is super helpful, and replied most of my msgs immedialtely. The appartment has 2 bedrooms and 5 beds. Daniel was nice to setup the beds for 2 of us in seperate rooms. I had best 3 nights sleep for my entire 20 days trip in Italy. The washing machine is definitely a bonus, even it's an old model which took me a while to figure out how to use it. :)

The only thing which caused a bit incovinience is I can not put toilet paper in the main bedroom's toilet in order to aviod blockage.

Very spacious and well equipped with everything you need. Entire apartment was very clean and well kept. It is in a great location in the city center and the host was very welcoming and helpful.

Can’t say anything bad about our stay.
