"Ottimo appartamento a due passi dal mare"

Appartamento grande a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal mare e con una splendida vista sull'oceano; pulizia ottima, cucina completamente arredata con tutto quello che puo servire per viverci una settimana ..o anche di più. Letti comodi ...compreso il divano letto matrimoniale presente nel soggiorno. Gradita presenza di alcune cialde per il caffe, bottiglia di vino e acqua e succhi di frutta nel frigo. La persona che gestiva la casa .. a memoria Debora.. è stata sempre disponibile, anche tramite watsApp, e veloce nel rispondere ad ogni domanda (ho avuto un piccolo problema nell'accensione della televisione, prontamente risolto). Il giorno del check out, dopo aver verificato che fosse tutto ok, ha subito sbloccato i 250 euro di cauzione. In sintesi consiglio Casa Matilda a chiunque sia alla ricerca di un ottimo appartamento a poca distanza dal mare.

A Casa Matilda é um apartamento espaçoso, com muita luminosidade. A cozinha está bem equipada, permitindo realizar as refeições com comodidade e a existência de máquina de café, para nós que somos fãs de um bom café a qualquer hora, foi fantástico. Também considerámos vantajoso a existência de um parque infantil nas traseiras do prédio... um delírio para os meus filhotes.

Sinceramente, não há nada que possa dizer de negativo. Referir apenas a distância para a praia (400m) que para um adulto é uma caminhada, mas as crianças ficaram um pouco cansadas. Foi uma atividade física realizada em família.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Die wohnung ist super. Es fehlt nichts in der wohnung. Sie haben alles drin. Alles super !

Eigentlich gab es nichts schlechtes.

Nice clean apartment. Very close to the beach. Super friendly owner. Ocean view. Very close to supermarkets. Free parking in front of the building entrance. Garage is also available, but the entrance was a bit tight for our car.

No air conditioning. Apartment is close to the main road, so it's a bit noisy if you open window/balcony doors. But the owner promised to install air conditioning soon so it shouldn't be a problem in future.
