There are works going on the street, so on the way back from center to the hotel you have to be careful where you step
ATGreat value for money. The bathroom is bit simple, but the beds are comfy, staff is friendly, location is central but still bit on the side line of the noise. the pool area invites to chill and relax. Also the view from the balcony is pleasant to wake up to with hot air balloons and mountains to see.

The room felt cramped and could benefit from some renovations, particularly the bathroom. The power outlets were oddly placed, forcing us to keep the fridge near the sink, which was inconvenient. The beds were uncomfortable, and the breakfast was disappointing, as the hot items were served cold and there weren't that many options. We actually ended up leaving one day earlier.

Staff!!!. We had a problem since we arrived. I had booked the room but it wasn't shown in system. Bed was extremely loud. When we informed receptionist in the morning. There wasn't even an apology. Instead he just blamed us, saying.. Why didn't you report it last night? We might have been able to find you another room..... What we expected was a simple apology. Hotel should have standard for inspecting and testing the bed and everything before accepting guests, rather than making excuses and shifting the blame onto customers. We are very disappointed.

PLAfter overpriced Luang Prabang this was way better. For half the price it was twice more comfortable. The room was ok. The breakfast was good. Kids had a lot of fun in the pool. There wifi was strong and our room on the 5th floor had quite a nice view of the mountains.
It was a bit further from the centre although not far by any means. The bathroom was okeish at most unfortunately. But it was completely manageable and usable.
