"Relaxing but could have been better."

The natural environment the onsen the private cottage and the food was okay.

We had to pay for towels and toothbrushes. The air conditioning wasn’t working and there were to many bugs inside and outside the cottage. We should have been advised more clearly that we had to bring essentials. There wasn’t much choices to choose from the restaurant menu as most dishes weren’t available.
