Gianlica Suites Positano

Roberta was amazing, her communication with us was excellent and she gave us so many tips of where to visit and how to get around. She arranged porters, transfers everything for us we didn't have to to think about a thing it was just done. Location was perfect, breakfast was great and the views from the room were sensational. The room was modern and spacious and very clean. We absolutely loved our stay here. Highly recommend.

Incredible hotel, beautiful views over Positano and the sea. The pool on the balcony was fantastic after a long day of exploring. The apartment is modern and well appointed. Roberta is a fantastic host with loads of recommendations for restaurants, boat trips and helping us find the path of the gods. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great everything was great. Roberta the manager was the best thing that happened to this hotel. I stayed in hotels all over the world with 5 and seven stars but never reached the attention we received in Gianlica suites.

Beautifully presented property in excellent location. Fabulous view. Roberta was a wonderful host - very helpful and friendly.

The property was newly designed, clean and extremely comfortable.

This place was a very affordable price yet so elegant. Everything was new and luxurious. The location is great because it’s on the main road but close to the steps to get to the beach. The views from this place are so breathtaking, the pictures online do it no justice. The technology in the hotel is so convenient and high tech with led lights in shower, mirror and pool. Breakfast was at cafe Positano daily with a great view, fresh tasting food and great hospitality. Roberta was the best! Days before we arrived she contacted us to coordinate transportation so we did not wait at the airport once we arrived. All drivers she provided us with had luxury Mercedes. She was available for us via phone call or text 24/7 and she solved every problem we had. My friends baggage was lost at the airport and she even made sure to assist with contacting the airport to confirm the location of the bag and schedule a driver to take us and pick us up! She even coordinated and assisted with moving our luggage in and out to get our next destination. We had a 5 to 10 min power outage in the area and she immediately upgraded our room and gave us complimentary champagne because of this minor inconvenience which is very amazing and something I don’t see done too often. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel every time I’m in Positano!
