Gentilezza, prezzo, pulizia impeccabile, arredamento di livello, dimensione bagno, doppio cuscino +/- morbido (cosa difficile da trovare), materasso ottimo, silenzioso il giusto.

Per trovare il pelo nell'uovo, mancano le tende e letto forse un po' piccolino (sono alto 1,90mt)
