A great place to experience living in Yogyakarta for several days in a traditional house. A very good location, 15 minutes walk from the hussle and bustle of the city centre. A nice neighbourhood on its own with little shops, cafes and local restaurants. We enjoyed our short stay.

The kitchen and bathroom were not really clean. It's a pity because the house is very nice and could be improved with more care and maintanace of details.

It’s a very big house and you can go walking to the main atractions and street.

Owner was super helpful He provided us with extra mattress.

Perfect for 2 to 4 people. The tiny garden was my favourite place in the whole house. Its very nice if you want to drink your morning coffee with a view. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. One of the bedrooms and the dining cum kitchen overlooked the garden. Very good architectural design so as to maximise use of natural sunlight. Loved the coloured glass panes at the entrance. It was perfect for me and my mother and very close to the kings palace and mailoboro street. Overall, was a little bit of home away from home. Ario, the caretaker was really helpful and available at all hours of he day, ever ready to help. I will definitely come back again since you can also cook your own Food.

There Was tea coffee and sugar however, Would be great if some salt could be provided because we found it a bit difficult to buy small portions of salt. Ario helped us with a suggestion and only then we found it. The drawing cum kitchen room could use a stronger fan..

Spacious house with also spacious rooms and bathrooms. Comes with all the amenities like soap, shampoo and towels. Really suitable for family with 2 children. Tea, Coffee, sugar also provided. Would be great if saucepan is also provided, just to cook some instant noodles. Parking space is a little bit tricky, but once you get the hang of it, it's not really that hard to park your car. Another input, would be great if you also provide bicycle, to roam the city.
