Villa Tifira

Magnifique villa, très spacieuse, dans le calme. Le personnel est adorable - mention spéciale pour la cuisinière Amina, et le propriétaire, Saad, est une merveilleuse personne, aux petits soins pendant tout le séjour. C'était propre, confortable, beau, décoré avec goût, bref, nous avons passé un incroyable séjour et avons déjà hâte de revenir.

Rien, tout était parfait.

We had an amazing stay at this villa just outside Marrakech,The house is beautiful and surrounded by lush greenery, making it the perfect peaceful retreat. The garden and pool area are absolutely stunning, and our kids had the best time swimming and playing outside. The villa is spacious, well-maintained, and offers everything a family needs for a relaxing holiday. The breakfast was also amazing, fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start each day. The location is great and close enough to Marrakech for visits, but far enough to enjoy privacy and tranquility. We would highly recommend this villa to families or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway near Marrakech. We can’t wait to come back!

La villa è bellissima, ed è contornata da un giardino bellissimo e curato. La colazione è cucinata al momento da una persona, ma c’è 0 privacy

Check in inesistente, la persona che ci ha accolto non parlava né inglese né altra lingua al di fuori dell’arabo. La posizione è veramente complicata, è distante da Marrakech e sopratutto per arrivare alla struttura devi fare 10 minuti di sterrato ( a volte quasi impraticabile) Nei bagni della struttura abbiamo trovato numerose blatte, la pulizia lasciava a desiderare. Nella cucina numerosi utensili ( e cibo) erano pieni di formiche. Inoltre c’era un gatto che entrava liberamente in casa. Per stare bene devi tralasciare in ogni modo la pulizia . ( non allego le fotografie di ciò che abbiamo trovato , perché mi faceva schifo fotografare.

Magnifique villa en plein coeur des oliviers décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Les lits sont confortables, la piscine est très appréciable. La cuisinière est très dévouée et est une cuisinière hors paire! Très bel accueil par l’Hôte avec une grande corbeille de fruits succulents. Une ferme avec des animaux (chevaux, âne, moutons, ) à l'entrée de la propriété est un vrai plus pour les familles avec enfants.

Nous avons eu une panne de courant la 1ere nuit, ca a été tres effrayant et une panne d'eau la 2e journée. Heureusement tout a été rétabli et le reste du séjour a été très bien. L’Hôte nous a généreusement offert un dîner préparée avec soin par la cuisinière pour rattraper ce malencontreux incident. La villa est située en plein milieu d'une grande ferme, 2,5km de piste pour l'atteindre et à 20 min des commerces. C'est très reposant, mais vaut mieux le savoir pour apporter tout le nécessaire. Attention la piscine a une profondeur de 1m90 sur tout le bassin.

Alles beviel het was een oase.. wat een rust en stilte, wij hadden absoluut geen last van de blavende honden wat ik terug las van andere reviews, wij hebben besloten elke jaar hier terug te komen en dan zal ons verblijf hier langer zijn. Alles was schoon zwembad was mooi schoon en groot en de kinderen hebben genoten. Je kan voor €20 per dag een huishoudster inhuren, die alles voor je maakt waar je zin in hebt en houd alles schoon en ruimt op (Amina) kan heerlijk koken, dus wij hebben hier zeker gebruik van gemaakt. Ontbijt lunch en avond eten werd allemaal verzorgd en ze was super lief ze ging met ons naar de lokale supermarkt en slager.. Boodschappen doe je zelf of je laat het doen voor 5 euro stuur je iemand die Boodschappen voor je haalt (uiteraard betaal je de Boodschappen zelf) Alle slaapkamers hadden een privé badkamer het was zeer luxe van binnen. Alles was boven mijn verwachtingen. Je komt hier daadwerkelijk niets te kort en de vila eigenaar Saad was zeer vriendelijk en sprak zeer goed Engels en als er wat was reageerde hij super snel terug. Dank aan alle goede personeel die alles goed bijhoud.

Eigenlijk beviel alles, misschien kleine tip om prullenbakken te plaatsen bij de toilette er was maar 1 prullenbak in de keuken beneden. De weg om de vila de bereiken was zeer slechte wegdek. Maar er zijn 2 routes deze heeft de vila eigenaar (saad) ons laten zien en dat was prima te doen. Ook heeft hij ons geholpen met een leken band te fixen dankjewel Saad voor de goede zorg.

Super villa décoré avec goût, le propriétaire Saad est très professionnel nous avons bien été accueilli. Le personnel est très sympathique.. nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, .. nous reviendrons.

Our stay at this beautiful estate was, overall, an experience to remember. As soon as you pass through the gate, you find yourself in an oasis of tranquility. The serene surroundings, with breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains and sounds of the birds, make it the perfect place to relax. The facilities in the garden & around the swimming pool were great. There were enough sun loungers and cosy spots to unwind. The gardener does a fantastic job maintaining the flowers, plants, and even the animals on the property. A particular compliment goes to Mina, the lady of the house, who made us every morning a Moroccan breakfast. Her hospitality truly shone when she made a cake to celebrate my pregnancy. Also when we asked (and payed of course) for lunch or diner she made it. Her care made our stay even more enjoyable. A tip for future visitors: there is no village within walking distance, so it’s advisable to arrange transport for groceries and other necessities.

There are also a few areas for improvement that could improve future visitings: - The beds were very hard; although we like firm mattresses, this was a bit too hard for a good night’s sleep. - The distance to the centre of Marrakech is approximately 45 minutes along bumpy roads, the journey took longer than we had in mind before arrival. - No rubbish bins in the rooms; there was only one bin in the kitchen, which was insufficient for six adults. - Additionally, there was no fence around the pool, which caused a bit of anxiety with children, especially as the pool is quite deep. - Lastly, although they couldn't help it, we were often awakened by the sound of the howling dogs at night. During the night there was more noise than during the day.

The house was fantastic, outside, inside, surrounding, fields, food, service everything. We are just amazed. My family will never forget this place. We agreed it was the best experience of morroco. We dod not like Marakesh. But we will always want to come back to this vila. I would like to stay here alone even. With a book and my meditations.. vila was just fantastic..

The only positive aspect of our stay was the warm welcome we received upon arrival. However, there were several issues that made our experience less enjoyable. The villa had no Wi-Fi for two days, which was quite inconvenient. Its location is very remote and far from the city, and driving an SUV to the property was challenging due to difficult access. Additionally, there was no hot water in the bathroom during our stay. We were also disappointed to learn that we couldn’t invite friends over, as the instructions strictly stated that only the guests who checked in were allowed at the villa. The breakfast offered was the same every day, with no variety. Lastly, we were surprised to be charged 650 MAD as tax for three people, which was not clearly communicated in advance.
