Near the City

We appreciate the accommodation provided during our stay, however, there are several areas that really need improvement for guests’ comfort and convenience. The unit already appears quite old and some facilities were not functioning properly. The toilet and bidet were defective, and the flush was not working well. The kitchen utensils were also incomplete considering the unit accommodates 6 pax, yet only 2 sets of spoon and fork were prepared. The frying pan was dirty, and there was no hot and cold water dispenser available. The blankets provided were very small, almost towel-sized, which was uncomfortable for sleeping. We also noticed that the balcony door could not be locked, which raised safety concerns. In addition, the curtains looked unclean. We hope the management can address these issues to improve the experience of future guests.
