Fast wifi with netflix subscription, good location near 7/11 and fast foods. Kitchen utensils provided including water dispenser. Security guards are accommodating.

Old building, elevator lacks safety feature, there's always a lot of people using the pool. Our room has no shower and hot water and no duplicate keys that's why it was not cleaned during our 3 nights stay.

Location was great. There is a church nearby so my family can still complete simbang gabi. Also, there are mini supermarket, drugstores and lots restaurants around so it is convenient staying here. Lots of jeepney routes go through the area. It can be accessed by grab and taxi. It is quite ordinary like the usual apartment. For a good price, you get the essentials like a private bathroom and kitchen with refrigerator and stove. We used the wifi and netflix well.

The sinks drain a bit slow but I can live with that.

The location & space of the room

The Aircon ayaw lumamig super hina, and about parking sobrang mahal 20pesos per hr. Hindi manlang sinabi . Maraming hidden charges

The caretaker directly demand for a tip which is bit ackward and unprofessional. The room itself is untidy and the kitchen wares are not clean and very limited only.
