USUSI was threatening and had the police called they sent me to a different location they had really bad communication the house was unclean the rooms are small find a different location if possible!!!!!!!!
AUCheck in was straight forward although it was at a different (but close) location to the one advertised.
Very basic set up, just a bedroom with a small fridge in a basically empty house located in an outer suburb. OK if you have a car and just need a bed for the night. If you are ubering from the airport then eat first as there are no food places within walking distance.
BRthe neighborhood is pretty good. a beautiful place with nice houses. pretty quiet. Given the price, is a pretty decent place to stay. ALTHOUGH they changed my address and sent me to other home they own. Instead of 1653 Blackmore Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46231, they sent me another address (9546 Tobin Cir, Avon, IN 46123). unfortunately I was told about this other adress 15min before my ETA. Luckily, this new house was still close to my needs (I went to 2025 Indy 500).
The carpets need to be cleaned. They look like were never cleaned before. The kitchen floor was also dirty. Something pretty simple to fix that would avoid any complain.
USIt was calm and peaceful and everyone really minds their business.

USI was given the four number pass code. It would not work to open the door. So I couldn't stay,lost my prepaid money and at midnight I had to find a other roo.. I am 75 yes old so this was hard for me. I talked to the owner the next day and he didn't seem understanding!.
USThe house needs to be tidy up at all times, the living room needs some sofas, chairs or cushions. The items in the kitchen needs to be properly cleaned up for next use. Thank you

Did not like waiting outside for the door code.
