It was a very authentic property with lots of added extras in the centre of the old town.Although we didn’t use the kitchen it had all the facilities you would need. Typical old Italian property. It was in a very convenient position for the ferry terminal and the bus station. Beds were very comfortable. For four people it is reasonably priced but as there were only two of us it was top of our budget.

Plug sockets were not in very convenient places and mirrors were not in sensible locations for drying hair and putting on make up. Two of the mirrors were antique and distressed so difficult to see in them. There was a lovely big mirror in the main bedroom but no plug socket near it so again no good for hair drying. Great plug socket in living room which was easy to use if there had been a suitable mirror by it then that would have been useful.There was an abundance of light switches that didn’t seem to do anything. Also it could do with another sofa more so than a dining table in the middle of the room.

Très bien situé tres proche de la place Garinaldi et du lac, appartement vaste et bien pourvu de tout le nécessaire soit en cuisine ou sdb, les attentions d'accueil : proseco, pâtes sauce, dans la cuisine tout y est : café sucre thé sopalin, serviettes papier,eau au réfrigérateur assaisonnements...produits douche en sdb, dans les chambres petites lampes de poche et bouchons d'oreilles( clocher tout proche mais pas la nuit ...) parapluie dans l'entrée, tout cela mieux qu'à l'hôtel. Les indications d'accès claires pour une arrivée sans problème.

Le principe des pièces à chaque étage devrait être signalé car accessibles par des escaliers escarpés difficiles avec des jeunes enfants ou pour des personnes d'un certain âge. Également changer le flexible de la baignoire qui ne distribue que de l'eau au compte gouttes. Préciser que la 2ème sdb ne comporte qu'un WC et lavabo.

La localisation dans une petite rue calme mais très proche du cœur du village. La qualité de la literie. Le logement parfaitement équipé pour une famille. Les petits cadeaux a l'arrivée. La vue depuis la terrasse (montagnes encore enneigées).

S'il faut trouver un défaut ce serait le bar qui est très proche et qui peut occasionner un peu de bruit le soir, mais rien de très grave. Beaucoup d'escaliers, car maison sur plusieurs niveaux.

Excellent apartments in the center of Menaggio. Very responsive hostess. When we arrived at the apartment, a welcome drink was left, which was a very unexpected and pleasant surprise. The apartment has everything you need for living. We are very happy that we chose this place!

This is a gorgeous multi-level home in a great location. It is located in a charming narrow street with a bustling restaurant, and small shops next door. The warm and welcoming house was very well equipped, and we had absolutely everything that we needed to be comfortable there, including coffee set up, cooking essentials and toiletries. We had more than enough space for a family of four. It was great being able to spread out across the levels. We enjoyed having two bathrooms, two tvs, and a balcony!

Since there is no AC in the unit, we needed to keep the windows open in the evenings and mornings (July.) It is a very noisy alleyway with the church bells above and the restaurant below. We didn’t mind the three sets of stairs inside the home, but they would definitely be an issue for young children or folks with mobility issues of any kind.

Great location in centre of menaggio, traditional property that fitted the 4 of us well. Lots of stairs and slightly due to bells ringing from 7:30. However earplugs were provided. Lots of personal touches that went above and beyond

Everything, great location. Close to the ferry. Restaurants and shops next door. Great bathroom, excellent kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable beds.

Nothing, people complain about church bells, your in Italy 🤷‍♀️
