The location is absolutely great. A couple of minutes from the Cathedral, and 5 minutes from the Opera house. And also not far from the 100E bus terminal that takes from and to the airport. The whole neighborhood is very nice and busy with bars/restaurants/concepts, close to a Lidl. The flat is quite spacious and recently renovated. the living area is confortable and suitable for work. The kitchen and bathroom were very new and nice.

The only bad thing I could mention is the fact that the blinders/shutters were out of order, and the curtains do not cover the whole window surface, which makes it bright in the morning (my stay was in summer). The AC was working correctly, but leaking, which needed some care if you did not want to have a poodle near the bed. The owners were aware though, so most likely fixed soon.

Super central Location in a quiet building - well connected to public transport. Many restaurants and other amenities close by (Pharmacy, grocer etc). Apartment was clean. Main room is pretty spacious. Good communication with the host.

Considering it's a self-catering apartment, some additional crockery would be nice - bowls, plates etc

A great apartment in the city center, everything you need within 5 minutes' walk. The apartment is beautifully decorated, obviously recently renovated and modern. The bathroom especially impressed me - very clean, modern and with everything you need. The whole apartment has a lot of little things you can use, such as an extra umbrella, a little stepping stool etc. which shows a lot of thought went into furnishing it. If you forgot something or need it urgently and can't go out, you can probably find it here. An unbeatable value for money and if I come back to Budapest, I'll stay here again.

The AC makes odd noises in regular intervals. You get used to it after a while, but it can startle you when you first arrive. I do recommend turning it off about an hour before you go to bed, as it will keep making noise even after you turn it off. Not a deal-breaker. The apartment door lock can be hard to turn, but over time you get used to it too. This isn't a negative, but I would recommend to the apartment to maybe use cooling bed sheets during the summer months, as well as to add some curtains on the inside living room/bedroom door, to block out the light from the building corridor (at night it can wake you up), just to further improve an already amazing stay.

Best location, the nearest subway station within 3 minutes and lots of restaurants around

Facility and cookware are very old must be replaced for next guests!!!
