Foarte aproape de zona cluburilor, dar și o zonă selectă a stațiunii mamaia. Locația foarte curată, destul de spațioasă, proprietarul foarte de treabă, totul ok. Proprietatea nu deține loc de parcare, însă la doar 2 minute este o parcare gratuită, deci nu este un minus acest aspect pentru cineva vine cu masina personală
