VNThe receptionist who checked us in was nice, and the pool's got a nice view. It was my dad's birthday so we ordered a cake from outside and they helped with setting it up in his room, with some decoration.
We asked for the 2 rooms to be close but they were in separate buildings. I could understand it's due to the difference of our room types. The rooms seem to be old and unclean when we got in, having a bad smell - seems like they haven't got maintenance for a while. Other guests smoked and spoke loud when they're inside the building. There are noisy guests at midnight till 1 or 2 AM. We had our kids and we couldn't sleep cause they spoke loud in the garden. I sent a message to the hotline but got no replies - no follow up after we check out. Rooms are not soundproof so we could hear what other people speak in the room next door at midnight. :) The rooms are not worth the price.
USLocation is fantastic with bicycle to the night market. Service was excellent.
