FRWe stayed here for one night. It was a beautiful hotel. The staff at the reception and the maintenance team were very friendly. Nice comfortable beds (I would rate the firmness of the bed as 10 out of 10). The food selection is limited if you are looking for Asian/Sri Lankan food. Otherwise, there are many items to choose from on the menu. The safari is 10/10. The driver is very good. Good experience on the safari. Thanks....
FRThe bed was huge and the bathroom was fantastic. It was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day on safari. The safari was organised by the owner and we had a great driver and a jeep to ourselves. We did the full day safari and can't recommend it enough. The food at the Shed was delicious.

The safari was organized by the staff and it was an incredible experience and the price was very good. Our guide was perfect, he knew a lot and could identify the animals very well. He was very friendly. Communication was very good even before we arrived. And the food provided was very tasty. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in this area. FRIt's located in the very center of Udawalawe, so you can walk out the door and go to shops or restaurants. On the other hand, if you want some quiet time, this is also the perfect place: tucked away at the end of a lane facing the rainforest, you feel like you're far away from it all, and the owner took great care of us, including organizing safaris, preparing wonderful food, and always engaging in fun and interesting chats. I would definitely recommend this!
