Nous remercions l'ensemble du personnel pour son accueil chaleureux et leur écoute tout au long de notre séjour. C'était notre première fois au Maroc et je pense que l'on aurait pas pu tomber sur meilleure équipe que celle du Riad Cologne pour nous accueillir avec toute l'amabilité marocaine ! Le petit déjeuner est juste délicieux et très copieux, c'était un régal ! Les chambres sont également très agréables. Le logement est parfaitement bien situé pour visiter tout ce que la Médina a à offrir. Merci au directeur de l'établissement qui peut être fier de son travail fourni mais surtout de l'équipe qui l'entoure ! 🥰

Le rangement quotidien par les femmes de chambres nous a un peu perturbé comme elles déplaçaient certaines affaires et nous n'en sommes pas habitués, mais mis à part ça tout était parfait !

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They gave us very good advice as to how to negotiate in the souks.

The pillows were too hard and the room too warm. Also the incense too strong.
