La vista dal balcone, la tranquillità della zona.

Caloriferi quasi sempre spenti o tirapiedi, di conseguenza camera fredda. Acqua mai calda sempre tiepida/fredda. Le camere non hanno un minimo di insonorizzazione, si sente tutto dal corridoio e dalla sala sottostante. Il ristorante è da lasciare perdere, piatti del giorno prima serviti freddi.
