Apartamentul este foarte curat si spațios. Oferă tot ce-ti trebuie pentru o vacanta frumoasa.

Die Lage war super. Die Zimmer geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war gut zu erreichen und hat mit dem WLan Code gleich weitergeholfen. Von Ercolano aus kann man mit dem Zug problemlos nach Neapel und Pompej und Umgebung kommen.

71 Stufen ohne Lift. Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Am Badezimmerfenster war zb extrem Schimmel.

Gorgeous property just a quick 7 minute walk from the train station and right next door to the Herculaneum. 10-15 minute walk to the Mediterranean and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Post office is right across the street if you need to mail anything home. Beds are comfortable and the washer/dryer combo work perfectly. WiFi is a little slow but that was fine for us. Nice size kitchen and the view is top notch. Amazing little pizza restaurant right downstairs. Would absolutely stay again. The area is a little run down and I say this only to prepare you. It was perfect for us and We always felt safe.. remember, it’s OLD, and with that comes the charm and history that Italy is known for.

L’appartamento è meraviglioso, con una vista spettacolare su Napoli e sul Vesuvio, completo di tutti gli elettrodomestici, lenzuola pulite e bagno bellissimo di design. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la posizione centrale e la vicinanza all’ingresso degli scavi archeologici. Check-in semplice avevo comunicato in anticipo l’orario di arrivo. Le foto della struttura corrispondono a quanto effettivamente trovato in loco. Consigliatissimo

General decor was nice, very close to hercaleum and train station. Nice view from the window.

The apartment wasn't clean, the shower had pubes and mould in it, the sink ledge was dirty, the corners of the bathroom were not clean with dust and hairs in them, the sink wasn't cleaned around the ring. The hand held shower head was broken and didn't connect properly to the unit. We suspect that the linen on one of the beds hadn't been changed as there were stains and hairs and the sheets weren't very straight. We changed the sheets but still found hairs and stains on the new sheets in the drawers. There was a large mouldy area on the main bedroom wall/ceiling and an iron nut no ironing board. Plus the iron had a plug that didn't fit with the sockets in the apartment. We had a 4 night booking and were disappointed with the lack of amenities, there was no cleaning equipment, so no cloth, no new clean sponge, and no tea towel. No dishwasher tablets so it was no use to us. I found a dirty bucket with dirty cloths and a couple of sponges under the sink. The fridge hadn't been cleaned, cleaned it the best I could with one of the sponge I found and dishwashing soap I found under the fridge. The floors were still dirty. And we didn't end up having enough toilet paper provided for 4 of us staying for 4 days. For the price we paid I would expect to not have to skimp on things and be able to use things like a dishwasher if they are provided. The main TV didn't work, not a huge deal for us but just contributed to the general lack of attention to detail. It's a shame as the photos portray a very nice apartment. Unfortunately, it hasn't been maintained well and they don't provide anything for your stay except the absolute bare minimum, which is not in line with their pricing at all.

It has a nice view over the bay. There is no toilet seat desk. Frying pan has no holder.
