The location was excellent and was super easy getting into etc.

We had no hot water or heating the entire stay. The owner wouldn’t respond to a single message. When they eventually came because booking.com called them they were extremely rude and smoked in the hall way. The sheets were stained.

No oczywiście WIDOK NA HRAD! Lokalizacja idealna, na starym mieście, wszędzie blisko, knajpa z wieloma pysznymi piwami przy wejściu w bramę. Całkiem wygodne łóżka.

Zmęczone wyposażenie, telewizor z jakimiś ruskimi kanałami, do którego nie ma instrukcji, a na wszystkie kable były odłączone.

Upon arrival, we discovered that the heating was not turned on. We tried everything to turn it on ourselves, but it was impossible. The Wi-Fi was not working either — the password provided in the instructions was incorrect. Throughout our entire stay, we repeatedly tried to contact the host, but none of our messages were answered. The host was completely unreachable. We managed to get hot water only about one hour before departure, and that happened purely by chance. Even then, the water heater was making very loud and alarming noises and was leaking water. We had to turn it off for safety reasons, during which we got soaked with cold water in an already freezing apartment. The apartment itself was not clean: the floors were dirty and there was dust everywhere. The towels were stained and torn, making them unpleasant to use. There was a constant toilet/sewage smell throughout the entire apartment. The electrical sockets were also problematic. The curtains were inadequate, offering no privacy at all — everything was visible from outside. We spent the entire night freezing. The only positive aspect of this apartment is its location. However, even considering the location, we would not recommend booking this property.

Appartamento sporco, lenzuola e letti pieni di di sporcizia, peli e capelli, piatti e zona cucina sporchi forse ancora dai precedenti visitatori o comunque mal lavati, carta igienica già utilizzata in precedenza.

Wspaniała lokalizacja w centrum miasta, wszędzie blisko idealne miejsce na krótki wypad na weekend, w okolicy dużo zabytków, restauracji i przystanków autobusowych/tramwajowych. Duży plus za 2 osobne 2-osobowe sypialnie, osobno salon, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona.

Kontakt z właścicielem był żaden odkąd zapłaciliśmy pełną kwotę. Brak ciepłej wody w mieszkaniu, dosłownie była lodowata, właściciel nie odpowiadał na wiadomości. meble w obiekcie się rozpadają.

Квартира в не дуже доброму стані, меблі старі, було не дуже комфортно. Проблеми із теплою водою, було важко помитись.
