The staff was wonderful. The Gentleman that check us always kept us updated and was always there to assist.

We didn't have warm water because they switched off the geyser the first day and the next 2 days we didn't have electricity. They moved us to another room the last nigh. That was appreciated.

It is in a good area, the receptionist was so friendly

There was no electricity, as from Sartuday morning, it continued the whole weekend, what made the stay the worst, it is the fact that, there was no proper plan I booked 3 rooms, was only given 1 lamp, we're given a room to bath, water was hot/ cold at the same time. From my understanding, when there's crisis ,you show yourself to your guest,you make a proper plan. We didn't see the owner not even once, the receptionist had to run around to meet everyone 's need. Overall , it was bad ,it was just bad

Nothing. The water from the shower was uncontrollably, I even burned myself. On the available things on the list was not especially the stove 😕😕

The room was nice and clean, we felt safe and the aircon was a big plus. we travelled from the Vaal so having the 24hr check in was really great the little cottage was charming, staff were very friendly. overall our stay was pleasant thank you.

water stains in the wash hand basin. facilities could do with an upgrade.
