Perfect Location - in the middle of nowhere, Perfect View and silent. Infinity Pool, pines with they smelt. And a lot of geccos Here and there, inside and outside the rooms.

In the middle of a hot summer - we had every day over 32 Deg - an air conditioner is a must have. Here you have to go swimming 🤣

Very pleasant place, nice rooms and great hosts. Swimming pool is amazing, served food is delicious.

The property is in a beautiful location, surrounded by nature, and very quiet and calm. It's well maintained, with wonderful flowers and plants all around. The views are beautiful, and Christian and the other staff were very kind and friendly, so we felt like at home. The food is delicious, and the owners are also very kind people. The two-bedroom apartment is very spacious and nice, with a wonderful view from the window.

The breakfast could have been a bit more diverse. We were surprised when we saw the bill as we were charged €5 per person each time we asked for pool towels, which we weren't informed about. It would be good to put both blackout and transparent curtains in the ground floor room, so that the interior is not visible while people are inside.

The place was really beautiful and clean. Staff was so kind and food is great too. It was such a great experience.

My recent stay at Agriturismo Aia Leccioni was nothing short of amazing. The farm is impeccably kept, offering a serene and picturesque setting that perfectly complements the Tuscan countryside. One of the most memorable parts of our visit was the cooking course with Chef Christian and his assistant Giada. Chef Christian is not only knowledgeable and skilled but also incredibly funny and enthusiastic about teaching. His passion for cooking and the farm's produce made the experience both educational and enjoyable. Additionally, I must highlight Rosaria's exceptional helpfulness. She reached out to us even before our trip to ensure everything was in order and continued to offer assistance throughout our stay. Her warm nature added a personal touch that made our visit even more special. I am already looking forward to our next visit to Agriturismo Aia Leccioni and more wonderful experiences.

The staff was wonderful. They were so kind and did everything to make your holiday amazing. The food was delicious and they knew a lot about wines. All of this in a beautiful place, very clean and with stunning views on the toscany landscape. We loved it!

Nice restored property with views all round although unfinished as yet, good service and restaurant facility

Location difficult to find and but too remote, not enough furniture in room, mattress uncomfortable

Location (close to the sea, close to the cities). Food and wine selection (restaurant in the agriturismo). Facilities (whole areal plus observatory and tennis courts were amazing). Pool area (was a dream, infinite pool overlooking hills and olive garden with shade from the pine trees). Personell (everyone was very welcoming, nice and helpful, speaking english). Peaceful atmosphere.
