Amazing breakfast and location

noisy small room unified with toilet you sleep near the toilet, stains on the wall, sloppy electric installation

The booking didnt mention the room was in a separate building few hundred meters away. The owner was not too professional in handling the issue.

Super nettes, umsichtiges, junges Personal. Außergewöhnliche, geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit ökologischen Zutaten aus der Region. Zentrale Lage.

The location is super, in the heart of the buzzing Gemmayze, you are minutes away on foot from many bars and restaurants and minutes drive away from the important parts of Beirut. I loved the amazing smells of the soaps and lotions in the room and the concept of the rooms and the common space. The breakfast was also good.

The whole building is not noise protected, so being very central makes it also very nosiy at night. Also for the two nights I stayed the place was rented for events so it was noisy all night. My room (room 1) overlooks a seating area separated by just a window, I woke up everyday on noise almost in my room at 7am the two days.

it was such a lovely boutique hotel right in the buzzling environment. Their breakfast was very fresh and delicious.

Location is perfect, it was a home away from home, amazing staff that were extraordinarily hospitable and welcoming
