Close to the city centre, good cafes and restaurants close by, easy to find, manned parking in the neighbourhood.

I have no complaints, everything was fine, only the bathroom is a bit narrow and not suitable for bigger people. Еverything else is fine, I recommend to stay in this apartment and enjoy the beauty of bologna

The apartment is well secured, the rooms are spacious with big cupboards, the kitchen well equipped, good airco. Owners are very helpfull and react immediately in case of questions.

The apartment is located in a small but very busy street as from evening till night. There are plenty of restaurants open in the evening which might cause difficulties to sleep without earplugs. The bathroom is outdated especially the shower which has no mixer tap.

Very spacious bedrooms; lots of room for clothes. Fairly well-equipped kitchen. Handy location for walking into the historic city centre.

Total lack of soundproofing in the bedrooms which face the street, which is lined with bars that fill in the evenings and stay open well into the night. Then the street cleaners and delivery people come. Even with earplugs it was impossible to sleep, other than between 2:30 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. We booked for 9 nights; left after 3 (despite having paid in full) because we simply couldn't handle the noise at night. Also, our host said he had arranged a reservation at the parking garage; not so. Bathroom very cramped and shower still not fixed (see previous reviews).

Clean, spacious, inexpensive, great neighborhood, easy stairs with luggage, could easily have fit 3 more adults, easy check out.

The shower switch needs to be fixed. It was also a bit loud at night since there are many bars and restaurants on the same street.

I think it is a good place and very nice! The bed is the best I have ever tried in these days. I love it!

Good location, by the end of Pratellos Street,but still pretty close to the city center. The appartment had everything in it,from toilet paper to washmachine detergent pods and coffee capsules. The communication with the host was done through watsapp and was really good and helpful. .Great working AC in every room,pretty big and clean apartment.

The whole apartment is in need of renovation. Situated on a very noisy street,with lots of cheap bars and restaurants,it is noisy at night until 1:00-2 :00 AM. And noisy again starting from 7- 8:00AM when it is opening time. No parking possibility in front of th the apartment, not only for drop-off.
