Very nice staff. Wonderful location (at the end of a cul-de-sac). Nice pool. Great view on the east side of the rooms. Beautiful showers. Clean beds. Nice TV mounted on wall (with access to streaming)

Really upset at the nearby neighbors, property owners? Firing off fire crackers into the sky throughout the night and early morning. Is not the hotel's fault, but very annoying. Couldnt sleep.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They prepared us breakfast to go as we had to leave early on our day of departure. They also set us up with a tour guide for the waterfalls.

Price is a little bit high compared to other hotels in El Salvador in my opinion.

Hotel charmant ! Grande chambre super vue chouette petit dej et personnel sympathique et toujours disponible. Il y a de l'eau chaude et la climatisation. La vue sur les 2 volcans est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner nous a été servi plutôt pour que nous puissions aller faire l'ascension du volcan. Merci. Nous n'avons pas testé le sauna naturel mais ça avait l'air chouette.

Pas grand chose... peut être l'odeur d'humidité ou de traitement du parquet dans la chambre.. mais rien de bien méchant.

"Tranquila."

Tienen un pequeño jardin y algunas de las habitaciones tienen vista al jardin. La habitación nuestra era enorme con un balcón, pero con vista al parqueo. Aun así la habitación fue muy cómoda. El lugar es tranquilo.

El hotel está alejado del pueblo.
