Property is beautiful and peaceful with amazing view Staff friendly and helpful Like being outside of town but yet short walk

Bit expensive Never cleaned pool in 4 days there

The staff was very nice, did the best they could to help. Beautiful scenery and landscaping.

There were bugs on the bed, alive and dead. We went to reception to see if we could switch rooms, and we could not because there were no more rooms left. So we got new sheets, and the sheets still have dead bugs in them. I believe the washing process of the sheets just makes the bugs embedded in the design of the sheets. There are also holes/openings in the walls where bugs could get in. We were on the second floor. For being the most expensive property in Juayua, we would not have expected this. Everything else that was nice was expected because of the price.

Quiet location on edge of town

Excellent breakfast, amazing views from the room. Hotel and grounds were very clean and well maintained. Most notable was that the shower had lots of hot water as well as excellent water pressure, a rarity in Central America. Very professional and friendly staff as well. Definitely recommend!

I love the location to have some quite time away from the city, beautiful views of the mountains, rooms are specious, staff members are very nice and what I love the most is there are 2 beautiful cats that they make the place more welcoming! I spend some quite time outside just enjoying the beautiful garden by the pool and relaxing. Overall the place is clean, beds are comfortable feels like you are at home! I will definitely stay here agian.

Wish they have more verity of food options.

Shower second day was cold. Assume it’s when the hotel is busier.

Situated at a dead end street. It was pretty quiet at night considering it’s located in town. Staff were fantastic. Little English but you get by. We had dinner delivered to our rooms after hiking Santa Ana. Breakfast on patio. Food was good and atmosphere really sweet.

Nothing glaring. It’s good value for the hotel price point.

Loved that the location is on the quiet edge of town, but still walking distance to center and bus stop. Mountain views from balcony room were gorgeous. Shower was strong with hot water, and bed was comfortable. Loved that I could easily ask for anything from the receptionist via WhatsApp.

Just wish breakfast could be served starting at 7am because I left for activities before the 8am start of breakfast time.
